1. Nhân viên vận hành máy

    Mô tả công việc:

- Công việc sẽ bao gồm nhưng không hạn chế:

- Vận hành các loại máy về nhuộm và vải;

- Hỗ trợ hậu cần, di chuyển các loại xe đẩy;

- Làm ca 8 tiếng theo quy định;

- Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ nhân viên kỹ thuật.

2. Nhân viên kiểm tra chất lượng

    Mô tả công việc:

- Vận hành và làm việc với máy móc kiểm tra và đóng gói.

- Bạn sẽ kiểm tra các loại vải về màu sắc và sự lên đều màu của quá trình nhuộm, bằng mắt.

- Bạn sẽ làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng.

- Bạn sẽ phải cẩn thận, có tính chính xác trong công việc kiểm vải.

3. Hồ sơ ứng viên

- Kinh nghiệm làm việc đã được chứng minh trong một nhà máy.

- Một con mắt sắc bén và kinh nghiệm xử lý và đánh giá các loại vải.

- Nghiêm khắc và quyết đoán, bạn chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng đầu ra của nhà máy.

- Kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong ngành dệt may hoặc nhà sản xuất là một lợi thế.

- Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm, có thể làm việc dưới áp lực cao và trong môi trường đa văn hóa.

- Tự tin, độc lập, tổ chức tốt, cam kết.

4. Trợ lý sản xuất

- Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Planning of CO2 production batches for the DyeOx machines and good communication with shift-leaders and operators to uphold output of the machine. 

- Compliancy of operations around CO2 dyeing machine, regarding safety and protocols.  

- Learn and understand the CO2 dyeing process and machine functionality.  

- Learn and understand how to control and operate the DyeOx machine.

- Learn and understand about quality control of the product. 

- Analysis of batch process diagrams and fabric results and understand the relation.

- Transfer your relevant gained knowledge to shift leaders. 

- Monitor and report machine performance (output) and machine elements to identify potential improvements and possible non-conformances.   

- Communication with engineering to co-ordinate maintenance activities with production.  

- With more experience, you will have to extend your duties to:

- Set up designs of experiment in order to improve, optimise and diversify the functionality of the machine with regards to consumption, output and quality.

- Improve and test the dyeing process by adjustment of parameters, all in relation to the quality of the production.

    Candidate Profile

- University Master Diploma in a technical or scientific field.

- Good analytical skills, fast learning abilities and enthusiasm to learn.

- At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbally.

- Good MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

- Leadership roles and experience are a positive.

- (High Pressure) Process engineering experience is a positive.

- Experience with CO2 machinery is a positive.

- Experience within the fabric industry is a positive.
