Job description 

- Position: Production Executive reporting to Co-founder cum Events Director, Ms. Thai Tu Tho

- Your roles and responsibilities will be as follow:

-   +  Liaise with suppliers / third parties to get quotation for production items related to event.

-   + Supervise production to meet Lys Events’ standards and clients’ requests.

-   +  Work together with the Events Director and Events Executive to set up, run and tear down the event.

-   + Draft event layout under the supervision of the Events Director (usage of AutoCAD or equivalent required).

-   +  Draft event items simple 3D views under the supervision of the Events Director (usage of SolidWorks or equivalent required).

-   + Assist in video edition for simple rendering (usage of Adobe Premier or equivalent required).

- Term: 

This is a contract position for 1 year that can be extended for as long as both parties are happy working together

- Probationary Period: 

A two months Probationary Period will apply to this role. During this time, you will receive advice, training and guidance to help you become familiar with, and competent in, performing the work you have been appointed to do. The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the Probationary Period which itself is subject to termination during any stage, by either party, upon (one week’s notice in writing).

- Hours of work: 

+ Lys Events general hours of business are between 8.30am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday included. It is expected that you will work an average of 48 hours per week during general business hours, average working time including events in the evenings and/or weekends.

+ From time to time you will be required to work reasonable additional hours or after hours when necessary to perform your duties. Overtime payments or time in lieu will be calculated in accordance with the Vietnamese Labor Law.

- Remuneration: 

+ Your salary is at a rate between 6,000,000 VND and 10,000,000 VND net once you passed the Probationary Period. The final salary is to be discussed based on seniority (experience in similar fields) and spoken languages.

+ Your salary during the Probationary Period is at a rate of 85% of your salary.

- Expected skills and qualities:

+ Native level of Vietnamese (writing and speaking)

-    +  Good level of English (writing and speaking)

-    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD (or equivalent), SolidWorks (or equivalent) and Adobe Premiere (preferred)

+ To be extremely well organized in your work: to-do lists, sheets, etc.

-    +  Critical eye and striving for excellence in everything created

-    +   Follow through and work with discipline to execute a project on time with accurac
